Collection: return policy
We have a 5 days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, , and in its original packaging.
All returns on undamaged items that do not want an exchange will receive a credit note to the value of the item returned.
Only damaged items and quality issue items will get a full refund once approved.
With a note with your name and order number and reason for return. Items must not of been washed. The items must not be stained, have make up marks or be smelling of any bad odours, including tobacco smoke, as a refund will NOT be given.

Please note that the delivery charge for sending items back is non refundable. Only Damaged items will have the returns postage refunded.

We recommend that all items that are returned to us, are via a trackable service and that you keep the receipt until you have received confirmation that we have received them. Please speak with your representative regarding all returns. Alternatively please email taliasassyclassy@gmail.com
Allow 3-5 working days for refund to be paid back into your account
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
